Datadisc Pt Sensor File Update InstallerReturn to Download Centre. All downloads require a password, please contact us for this. The Sensor File of Datadisc Pt was introduced with version 2.5.xx. The introduction of this sensor file allows installations of Datadisc Pt to be updated to the latest supported sensor list and functionality without the need for a complete re-install of the Datadisc application. Below is an installer which will install the latest sensor file to the Datadisc Pt directory. The installer is a very small application which will copy a file called absens.ab into this directory. The reasons for using an installer for this simple operation are that it simplifies the process for the ordinary user, and it preserves the date stamp of the file, which is used for version control. If you would like the latest absens.ab emailed to you to allow you to install it manually, for whatever reason, do not hesitate to contact us. Sensor File Update Utility DownloadThe date of the file Absens.ab, found in the Datadisc Pt directory (usually C:\Program Files\ScienceScope\Datadisc Pt) tells you if an update is needed. The date of the latest file is 15/05/2008. Any files with dates other than this should be updated, where possible.
