Adapter
This
adapter screws into the VisiLog Camera, allowing it to be used with any standard
microscope. Removing the eye-piece in the microscope and inserting the
microscope adapter is very simple to do, and allows digital microscopy to be
achieved with any standard microscope. Images are then available, via the
VisiLog camera, to applications on a computer, such as VisiLog or VisiStore, or
for projection on data projectors.
Right is shown a VisiLog flexicam camera with a microscope
adapter attached, which is then in the eyepiece tube of a student microscope.
The adapter will fit microscopes with an eye-piece tube inner diameter of 22.5 mm.
