Mains
Power Monitor
This monitor consists of
a mains adapter which allows mains power to be monitored as a range of devices
are plugged in. Watch what happens to the power used as your mobile phone is
charged, or compare the power used by different light bulbs the possibilities are
endless. Shown right is the AC millivolt sensor which this monitor is used with,
as an attachment. You are supplied with a device with a mains plug and
socket which then allows the AC millivolt sensor to monitor power, and derive
Joules from this.
