Mud Pools In the south of Iceland are many mud pools. Geothermal heating produces a great deal of hot water and SO2. This can be seen as we walk towards one of the mud pools To access this file you need to right click on the filename you want to download and select 'Save Target As...' and then save the file to your chosen location. Note that the file extension needs to be '.kml'. You can set this in the saving dialog you are presented with when you click 'Save Target As... ', some computers will try to save the file with a '.xml' extension, you should edit this to read '.kml' before saving. This is John Kinchin, from the King's School Peterborough using the Logbook and sensors at the mud pools, in October 2006.
