ECG Sensor

This sensor is designed to allow the user to look at the electrical signals generated by their hearts. When using the sensor in conjunction with Datadisc the user will be able to see both ECG signal and heart rate. This sensor has been designed for educational purposes and not for medical use.

Applications include:

Monitor resting ECG.

Study the meaning of P, Q, R, S and T waveforms.

Monitor ECG after mild exercise.

Investigate ECG with different body positions.

Investigate ECG changes with mild stimulants (caffeine).
